The Role: Group Accounting and Reporting Manager
As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee accounting and financial reporting while leading a team of professionals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating a team of 4-6 members.
- Supervising accounting activities for our Italian entities.
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
- Supporting process improvements and system integrations.
- Contributing to financial transformation projects within the group.
Your Profile
You are proactive and hands-on finance professional with:
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Law, or Business Administration.
Experience: Around 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a fast-growing SME in the service sector.
Languages: Native Italian speaker with fluent English (mandatory).
Personality: Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and resilient under pressure, with strong organizational and project management skills.
