Les enjeux du poste
Ce poste stratégique vise à accompagner la transformation du groupe, en optimisant son modèle économique et en structurant ses activités pour une meilleure synergie entre ses différentes entités. Membre influent du comité de direction, vous travaillerez en binôme avec le dirigeant et piloterez une organisation financière en évolution, afin de structurer les outils et les processus pour accompagner la dynamique de croissance.
Vos principales missions :
- Porter la transformation financière du groupe et optimiser la profitabilité des activités existantes.
- Consolider les processus et les outils de gestion pour accélérer la scalabilité du modèle.
- Structurer une gouvernance financière efficiente pour accompagner l’internationalisation.
- Accompagner les évolutions organisationnelles et développer les synergies entre les entités.
- Participer à d'éventuelles opérations de croissance externe, en veillant à l’intégration efficace des acquisitions.
- Établir une stratégie d’optimisation des ressources et de structuration des fonctions supports

Votre profil
Fort d’une expérience confirmée dans un poste de direction financière au sein d’un environnement international, vous possédez une expertise reconnue en transformation d’organisation et en structuration dans des contextes complexes.
Vous maîtrisez les environnements multi-entités et les modèles opérationnels décentralisés, avec une capacité à définir et mettre en œuvre une vision stratégique alliant performance et durabilité.
Doté d’un leadership affirmé, vous excellez dans l’accompagnement du changement au sein d’environnements agiles et entrepreneuriaux.
La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est indispensable pour réussir dans ce rôle.

This strategic position aims to support the Group's transformation, optimizing its business model and structuring its activities for greater synergy between its various entities. Influential member of the management committee, you will work in tandem with the CEO and steer an evolving financial organization, in order to structure tools and processes to support the growth dynamic.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive the Group's financial transformation and optimize the profitability of existing activities.
- Consolidate management processes and tools to accelerate the scalability of the model.
- Structure efficient financial governance to support internationalization.
- Support organizational changes and develop synergies between entities.
- Participate in external growth operations, ensuring effective integration of acquisitions.
- Establish a strategy for optimizing resources and structuring support functions.

With proven experience in a finance management position in an international environment, you have recognized expertise in organizational transformation and structuring in complex contexts.
You are familiar with multi-entity environments and decentralized operating models, with the ability to define and implement a strategic vision combining performance and sustainability.
With strong leadership skills, you excel in change management within agile and entrepreneurial environments.
Fluency in French and English is essential for success in this role.
